Broderick McGee
is a proud native of Tyler, Texas, where he attended public schools in the Tyler Independent School District. A graduate of John Tyler High School (Class of 1988), he went on to earn an Associate’s Degree from Tyler Junior College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from LeTourneau University, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University.

With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Broderick has built a distinguished career across multiple industries, including telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare. He is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), and holds a Certified Professional (CP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Broderick was the founding President of the Rose City SHRM Chapter and remains active in the community through service on several nonprofit boards, including The United Way, Leadership Tyler, Azalea Academy for Exceptional Adults, and the East Texas Crisis Center. He is also a proud graduate of Leadership Tyler Core Class 27.
